You will be picked up early at 7:15 am from your hotel; thereafter, drive along the Mombasa Lunga-Lunga road to Shimoni. On the way, you will have the opportunity to see villages and also be explained more about the coastal communities in Kenya.

On arrival at Shimoni, you will board an Arabic dhow, which will cruise you to Kisite Marine Park. On the way, the captain and his crew will embark on a sea “game cruise as they search for the dolphins. Kisite Marine Park is a protected area and is very famous for these beautiful mammals. At the park, there are high chances of spotting and swimming with these amazing mammals. 

Guided snorkeling will be done at Kisite Marine Park, whereby hammerhead dolphins and whale sharks can also be spotted.

For those who cannot swim, a water taxi will be provided by the guide, who will always be there to make sure you enjoy this exceptional excursion.

During snorkeling, you will be amazed to see millions of colorful fish and turtles among other sea creatures, as well as untouched coral underwater gardens. Depending on the tides, have a walk at the sandbank!

Later on, your Dhow will take you to Wasini Island for an appetizing seafood lunch. Which comprises crabs, fish cocked in heavy coconut sauce, seaweeds, rice, potatoes, chapatti, and pili pili sauce; thereafter, dessert will be served.

After lunch, have a village walk, learn how people live, and a story will be told about this island, which was dominated by Arabs many years back during the slave trade.

Later, board your Arabic Dhow, which will take you to Shimoni Jet, catch your bus, and drive back to your hotel, arriving at around 17 hrs.
