Terms and Conditions

Booking: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit (minimum 30%)Payments: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure , this will facilitate the Tour operator to finalize all tour arrangements and confirm bookings with accommodation providers, transport services, and other suppliers.
Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
More than 60 days before departure: 100% of the Deposit paid will be refunded
30–59 days before departure: 100% of the deposit paid will be forfeited to cover administrative costs.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
No refunds will be given for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.

Changes:
Booking amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The Tour Operator reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, transportation, or other services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

Pricing:
Tour prices may change due to government taxes, park fees, fuel costs, exchange rates, or supplier charges. Once full payment has been received, prices are generally guaranteed
unless otherwise stated.

Travel Documents:
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents.

Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, baggage loss, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation is strongly recommended.

Health:
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, or dietary requirements that may affect their participation. Participation is at the client’s own risk.

Liability:
The tour operator is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by third-party service providers e.g. Lodges /Hotels or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Force Majeure:
The tour operator is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, government actions, or adverse weather, in such a case the tour operator can amend the itinerary or modify tour arrangements as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

Client Conduct:
The safety and enjoyment of all participants is our priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable tour experience for everyone, the Tour Operator reserves the right to remove any client from the tour, without refund, if their behavior endangers others, violates local laws or regulations, damages property, or disrupts the tour experience.

Complaints:
Any complaints should be reported immediately to the tour leader or company representative to allow prompt resolution.
Photography: The tour operator may use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing before the tour begins.
Acceptance: By confirming a booking and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
